Maintenance priced as maintenance

Programs from warranty visits through to best practice, for plant on the Gold Coast, in Brisbane and in Ipswich.

From the minimum that keeps warranty, up to best practice

A contract should say what is being done and why. Programs run from the visits required to keep a manufacturer warranty and meet compliance, through to a best-practice schedule that protects the asset. Filters, coils, fins, drains, seals, refrigerant charge and leaks, airflow and controls are the ordinary work. Essential-services plant, electric duct heaters, fire dampers and fire-mode override are on the same list when the building has them.

The point is fewer surprises. Foreseeable failures get found on a visit, and capital replacement can be forecast instead of discovered on the hottest day of the year. You get a report of what was found.

Cheap contracts that only make sense once the repair invoices arrive are a known pattern. The maintenance price is the price of the maintenance. Repairs are quoted on their own.
