Exclusive brand deals suit the dealer, not the building. The product is the one that fits the duty and the budget, and then it is supported. Domestic and light commercial work includes LG, Fujitsu, Hitachi, Samsung, Panasonic, Gree, Toshiba, Hisense, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Carrier and Daikin.
On larger plant the list runs through Temperzone, Actrol, Acson, Carrier, York, Smardt, Powerpax, Climaveneta and BlueBox, among others. If your unit is not on that list, ask.
Install, repair and service on the same licence
Comfort, running cost and warranty are what an air conditioning decision actually changes. The work covers high-wall splits, cassettes, ducted systems, packaged units, air handlers and chillers. If a smaller or different system will do the job for less, that is the advice.
