Hydronic systems
Chilled water, condenser water, cooling towers and pumps for the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Ipswich.
Water, refrigerant and the licence that covers both
Chilled-water and condenser-water systems, water-cooled packaged units, cooling towers and pumps are not a split-system job. Mechanical plumbing licensing is a requirement. Specialised HVAC Services is QBCC licensed for mechanical plumbing as well as air conditioning. The same team works the refrigeration side and the water side.
Tube cleans, water treatment issues, pump overhauls, valve and actuator failures, and chiller repairs are everyday plant-room work. Where a tower, a pump set or a chiller is at the end of its economic life, the repair and the replacement are both priced.
